Worn for her role as Kay Weston as she sings "I'm Gonna File My Claim." The green velour dress was designed by Travilla. Two high slits create a panel in the front of the skirt that reveals a red tiered underskirt. Exaggerated bustle at back, with ribbon and beaded trim at shoulders.
